Happy Wednesday everyone! Last week I came down with some sort of horrible cold or flu and my only solace was lemons and ginger. When I don't feel well I like to make a tea using fresh ginger, lemon juice and hot water; the combination of sour and spicy flavors never fails to make me feel better. There are dozens of health benefits for both ginger and lemon, which I am not going to talk about, but what I will mention is that inspiration hits you when you least expect it. Even when you are delirious and sick, inspiration can hit you.
